Overview
Most of my life I wanted to ride a motorcycle. When I was 38 years old I promised myself that I would learn to ride before I turned 40. I did both (turned 40 AND learned to ride). Since then - and we won't say how long that's been - motorcycling has become so much more for me than just riding an alternative vehicle. I draw analogies to being a successful motorcycle rider and being successful in my life. The metaphors I develop for my life experiences become principles for success that I share in my programs.
The motorcycles I own and ride are powered by engines designated as V-Twin engines - think the look of Harley-Davidson® motorcycle engines that are shaped like V's (although I drive Honda® motorcycles). Since the analogies and metaphors I developed were created through and pertain to my motorcycle riding experiences, I call them my V-Twin values and my moto-vation.
