Her programs, workshops, and seminars are on communication skills (“Ride Leaders Signal Clearly: Skills for Communicating Effectively”), presentation skills ("Hear Me Roar: Present, With Power"), and managing priorities and achieveing goals using sound time management principles ("Born to be Wild: Managing Priorities").
Sylvia’s primary keynote presentation, which can range from 30-minutes to one-hour, is titled V-Twin Values and ties four principles of success that Sylvia follows in her life to your audience’s needs and situation. (Click here for a keynote overview.)
Sylvia arrives on site the day before her programs to ensure site logistics are in order and to practice her program in the setting in which it is given. She is in the program room at least an hour prior to the program for final equipment and set-up review and works with the site audiovisual team to ensure a smooth performance. She requires minimal attention from meeting coordinators once arrangements are confirmed and maintains appropriate contact to assure she exceeds expectations.
